We all experience worry, restlessness and conflict in one way or another
in our daily relationships. Join us for a lively and interactive evening
that will examine the roots of fear and aggression in the habitual patterns
of the mind, its psychobiological basis in trauma, and how mindful meditation
can help us shift to a more relaxed, alert way of relating with the world.
Michael Gordon has been in the field of personal development, psychology
and health for over 20 years. He is a practicing psychotherapist, has
an MSc in Consciousness and Transpersonal Psychology, and teaches Aikido--a
defensive art of mind/body coordination in which he has been involved
for 17 years.
